Recent cases conducted by our employment team include representing a doctor in internal proceedings for alcohol misuse at work; representing a transvestite in a successful claim of victimization by sexual orientation, a high profile High Court Trial concerning TUPE and non-solicitation and successfully representing the claimant against seventeen respondents in a complex TUPE, automatic and unfair dismissal claim.
